I will be showing a new template set & a coaster you can make from it.
It’s called Quilt as you Go 2 1/2” hexagon template set by Daisy & Grace for Missouri Star Quilt Co. There are many other possibilities. This was offered as a special on Missouri Star’s daily deal several months back, if any of you happen to have it.
For the workshop, you ‘ll need:
5” square of fabric, perhaps something that can be fussy cut.
5” square of stabilizer. I used a light iron-on.
7” square of coordinating fabric.
Sewing machine, usual sewing stuff … 7 pins, thread.
Iron, pressing surface.
Rotary cutter, mat. If you have the rotating mat, bring that.
No need to get the template set. Everyone may use mine, the cutting is quick & bring more than 1 set of fabric if you think you’d like to make more than one. These finish at about 4 1/2”.
E-mail or call if you have any questions.
